On-Site Matching: Real-time matching will be available at the on-site matching zone.
Pre-Requested Matching: After group application, we will coordinate matching with a visually impaired group.

2. How to apply as a group?
If applying as a group, please unify the "Company" field in the KGCCI application form. Family and friends should also enter the related company.
For insurance and safety reasons, you must enter your date of birth. Therefore, we issue one ticket per person.
3. Is there a limit on the number of participants?
There is no limit on the number of participants. Employees, family members, and friends can all apply and participate in this year's event.
4. Can minors participate?
Yes, if accompanied by a guardian.
5. How to pay participation fee?
Make a bank transfer directly to Harmony Marathon, not KGCCI.
(*All sponsorship funds and participation fees will support the improvement of transportation rights for the visually impaired.)
6. Medals or certificates?
For safety reasons, the KGCCI joint CSR "Guide Walkers" event will cover only the 5km route.
The 5km walk participants won't receive medals or certificates.
For the 10km run, please contact the Harmony Marathon organizer directly.
7. Bib numbers?
Bib numbers will be provided at KGCCI booth on the event day.
8. What if it rains?
In case of natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, the event may be canceled, and the participation fee will not be refunded.
If the weather conditions are severe enough to prevent the event from being held, the organizers may decide to cancel the event. In case of cancelation, a text message will be sent out prior to the event.
