The relationship with the manager is one of the most important factors in driving an employee's engagement. In this module, we share the strategies managers can use to effectively engage their teams on a daily basis.

  • How immediate managers play a key role in employee engagement
  • How to equip managers with relationship-centered leadership strategies to drive engagement
  • Critical behaviors managers must demonstrate on a daily basis to drive engagement with their teams

2. Creating a Culture that Engages and Retains Millennials and Gen Z

We'll present research findings and show why leaders must account for both the similarities and differences that exist across generations, so that they can develop an environment that engages and retains the emerging generations that comprise today's workforce.

  • Identify the newest generations in the workplace
