Christina Ahn is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, leading the Global Consumer Market in Seoul. She advises local and multinational clients across consumer, FMCG, luxury/retail, and tech sectors on leadership talent and strategy.
Previously, she was Managing Director at a global executive search firm, establishing its Korea office. With experience across the U.S. and Greater China, she brings a global perspective to executive search and leadership consulting.
Her background includes HR consulting at Mercer and PwC, focusing on HR strategy, employer branding, and organizational design. An advocate for DE&I, she actively supports gender equity initiatives in Korea.
Christina holds degrees from Northwestern University and the University of Pennsylvania, with additional doctoral coursework at the University of Hong Kong. She is also certified in leadership assessment.
