[KGCCI Seminar] Agility: The New Competitive Divide Developing an Agile Workforce in Uncertain Times

We cordially invite you to our seminar entitled "Agility: The New Competitive Divide Developing an Agile Workforce in Uncertain Times".

Today organizations need to gather and act on information, make decisions quickly and implement them to meet the rapidly-evolving requirements of customers and the business environment. Many people call the ability to do so successfully "agility" and it has become an increasingly important priority.

This Executive Roundtable presents Dale Carnegie's latest research examining organizational competencies that support agility, which we will discuss specifically in the context of business changes resulting from the pandemic. Having a culture that seeks out new information and embraces continuous change in a collaborative way to drive innovation promises to be the new competitive advantage.
